We believe feeling good is the whole point.

The experience

Our days are built on fresh, organic food, movement and lots of time connecting with the natural world, and they end with music, laughter and dancing under the stars.

Nothing here is written in stone, if we are loving the spot we’re at, we stay a bit longer.

Our days usually look something like this: morning movement practice and a swim before breakfast, afternoons are filled with your favourite activities, diving, snorkeling, fishing, beach combing, exploring, and dinners made from real ingredients with love poured into them. When the vibe is right, we love some good boogieing, sunset dance parties on deck, beach bonfires, long nights with good people. Cheers however you like. We’re just as happy with a coconut!

Come to experience this special corner of life that we’ve carved out for ourselves. Wellness here isn’t about rules, It’s about feeling good.

Ways to come aboard

Who we are

The three of us.

Cody smiling on a jungle hike, hydration pack on, a rocky creek behind him

The Captain

Cody

Cody was born in Kingston Ontario, where he quickly realized that a life of adventure was the only way for him. He spent his 20’s and 30’s traveling the backcountry of Canada and the rivers of the world as a rafting guide, and white water kayaker. He eventually took to the ocean where he fell in love with diving, surfing and kite surfing- for him the next logical step was sailing.

He’s a dreamer first and a handy man second, with a knack for creating the opportunity for his friends and family to explore life past their comfort zones.

The Creatrix

Gina

Gina was born in raised in the Kootenay region of British Columbia, she’s been obsessed with nature and animals since as far back as she can remember cherishing her National Geographic kids magazine subscription. Naturally living on the ocean often has her gasping in awe at the creatures and scenery. She has evolved this love for the natural world into a holistic approach to life. She holds her value of “nature is the cure very close to her heart”.

Gina is a passionate cook who values the quality of ingredients and good company. She is a yoga teacher and intuitive who loves making things with her hands and creating spaces that bring people together.

Hyde tilting his face up to the sun on deck, a faint rainbow over the ocean behind him

The First Mate

Hyde

Most importantly is our senior fish mongrel Hyde, a 10 year old Catahoula mix who will be the first one to greet you when you arrive.

Hyde has been with Gina since he was a puppy, and has joined along on every adventure, sticking closely to our side. He’s a certified snuggle bug who loves a good swim, hunting crabs on the beach, and promises he won’t tell mom if you give him your left overs.
